Cherry Chocolate Chia Pudding

  • 1 large or 2 small bananas
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • small handful of dried cherries, cut in half
  • 1 tsp. cherry concentrate (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • small handful shredded coconut (optional-can be used in pudding and/or as garnish)
  1. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Leave in the fridge for a couple hours or overnight.
  4. Mix again before eating and stir in more milk if too thick.
