Easy-peezy lemon squeezy pretty much sums up this recipe! This raw applesauce is so simple and fresh tasting it’s ridiculous.
When apple season comes, you’ll be ready to take it by storm.
Time to rev up those food processors and give it a go 🙂
- 2 apples (I like to mix varieties and use organic if possible)
- juice from ½ lemon
- cinnamon and/or nutmeg, to taste (use less nutmeg than cinnamon)
- Place the ingredients in a food processor and process with the 'S' blade until smooth.
This applesauce is best consumed right after making or the next day!
